Ferrari To Unveil Car For The 2020 Season

    January 22, 2020

Italian giant, Ferrari is set to unveil its newest car for the 2020 Formula 1 season, and they are doing it in a very big way.

The launch is taking place on February 11 at the Teatro Villa in Reggio Emilia, a city in the northern part of Italy. The venue is famous for many things, including the birthplace of the famous tricolor flag which is today the national flag of Italy. The city is also very close to Maranello, from where Ferrari builds its cars, including the present one.

Ferrari is doing everything it can to claim a victory this year as they aim for the world title for a 12th time with high hopes. Despite the fact that Ferrari has always done enough to be at the top of their game, the world title has always eluded them, with the last decade being the only decade they have gone without winning the title for once. As a proud Italian product, Ferrari is striving hard to make this year an exception by doing their country proud.

Ferrari chose the chance for an early release so as to allow them to focus on perfecting the car and testing it out ahead of the start of the season when they go to Spain. Ferrari has a disappointing year last year, although their new driver, Charles Leclerc, was the only glimpse of hope the team had, after winning seven poles and finishing 4th on the overall driver’s list. But few people have remained hopeful that the Italian team would do well.

Chief among them is Louis Camilleri, chief executive of Ferrari, who has claimed that the team has the right “personnel and infrastructure” to carry on. By his words, the current Ferrari drivers, Leclerc and Sebastian Vettel are very okay to secure the team they need.

Hopefully, this new car can get them to the top position they so deserve.

Mattia Binoto, team boss, expressed his belief that they have what it takes to go for victory this year. He also acknowledged that the Ferrari team was not going to take anything for granted and would strive to be at their best because that is what the competition is aiming for.
