Manchester United owners, the Glazer family, have never been popular with Red Devils fans.
In fact, the family was widely criticized for the way they took control of the club between 2004 and 2005.
Recently Man U fans have once again lashed out at the club’s owners due to their intention to be part of the European Super League.
Apparently, the Glazer family were among the prominent supporters of the project and even held management positions within the structure of the controversial league.
Fans have made their feelings known, and several protests have taken place at Old Trafford. The most recent forced the game between the Red Devils and Liverpool to be postponed due to fans breach security, stormed the pitch, and even block the team bus.
The Glazers have said they have no intention of selling the club despite protests. Also, in an attempt to win the fans’ support and make them forget the whole thing, the family would be preparing a £ 90million deal.
The Glazers’ strategy would be to bid for Tottenham striker Harry Kane. As reported by various media outlets, Kane is frustrated at Spurs due to a lack of silverware. This situation seems to have made the player analyze moving to a club with better aspirations to win trophies.
United is on the market for a striker, and for a couple of seasons, the first name on the list is Erling Haaland. However, the Norwegian striker has too many suitors, and Dortmund has said that they will only sell the player for an outstanding offer. This situation makes Kane an excellent option for the club.
