Mané Confirms His Departure From Liverpool

The African striker will leave the ranks of the ‘red’ team after years of success and trophies; last season added, he helped the club to win two more trophies.

During the concentration with the national team, he announced that he would leave Anfield and soon confirm his goodbye.

Bayern Munich has been the team with which the Liverpool striker has been most associated once he has finished his contract with Liverpool. Given the rumors of where he is going to play next season, Mané took advantage of the concentration with his team to confirm an open secret: “like everyone else, I follow social networks, and I see people’s comments, I understand that a 60%-70% of the Senegalese want me to leave Liverpool, right? Okay, well, I’ll do what they want, and we’ll see it very soon, don’t be in a hurry, we’ll see it soon.”

The 30-year-old considers that his cycle in the Anfield squad is over, and he wants a change of scenery six years after landing from Southampton.

According to The Times, Liverpool has rejected a first offer estimated at €25 million fixed + €5 million in goals for the Senegalese footballer. As recently reported, English demands for the African are at least €45M.

Other media indicate that the Germans have raised their offer to €35 M. Since Bayern Munich sees in Mane a very interesting alternative to shape their 2022-2023 attack and relieve Robert Lewandowski, who is also clear about his desire for a change of scenery.
