COVID-19: Fulham release ticketing update on postponed matches

    March 25, 2020

Due to the outbreak of the dreaded coronavirus, Fulham remains conscious of their supporters who have purchased tickets or hospitality packages for the matches that have been postponed.

In order to give them assurance over their money concerning the rescheduled fixtures, Fulham said tickets purchased for the postponed championship games remain useful for the rescheduled dates.

They, however, added that should supporters wish to get a refund now,  they don’t need to send in their tickets.

Information on the game involving the Whites against Brentford and Birmingham City posted on the club’s website noted that with the initial dates of the games being Friday 13th March and Saturday 4th April 2020, they said those who wanted a refund can either contact the Ticket Office or send an email to tickets@fulhamfc.com with your refund request.

The death toll in the United Kingdom over the dreaded virus has surpassed 300 with new cases being recorded on a daily basis.

They added that Client Reference Number and booking details should be included in the request to assist the Ticket Office as everyone goes through a difficult and busy time not knowing when there would be all clear for games to resume.

The club further said that once the instructions are followed, the refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment to the original ticket purchaser.

However, for the games involving the Leeds United and Queens Park Rangers which were scheduled to hold on Wednesday 18th March and Saturday 21st March 2020, Fulham said supporters who no longer wish to attend would get a refund as well, but they will be required to send their original ticket back to the Fulham FC Ticket Office.

This, according to the information from the club, will be done alongside a covering note requesting a refund. These they said will be returned to the host clubs for reconciliation purposes because they are away fixtures.
